It's Fall again and I would love to bake some pumpkin anything!! Does anyone have and recipes for pumpkin protein muffins?

    I know you said you found one, but have you checked out Bariatric Foodie's website? She has one, and tons of other recipes as well, for the WLS group.

    i'm sorry dward59!!! I got bust these last few days with family. I found one on Dashing Dish. I haven't got to try it out yet but when I do I'll let you know. 5 grams of protein doesn't sound like enough to me. I was hoping for 10 or more.

    Thank you Karensdream I had not heard of that either. I also joined vertical sleeve talk and they have some yummy recipes on the threads there!!
