I have been 6 yrs,,,,so grateful..although I have had some health issues ie,,,gall bladder,,ripped shoulders a few seizures,,,due to hypo glecmia,,, I would not trade any of this, thus i started at 525 lbs,, and went as low as 160 lbs,,,I became a gym rat,,, averaging 2=3 miles daily walking the dog. however when I stopped going to the gym for 10 months, 50 pounds came on quick....I have since gone back to the gym,,,and daily keeping track of nutrition

what i am noticing is weight not going away easy,,,,though i have not any on in the last mth or so
