100k Challenge

I've only just got back to going to the gym and getting onto MFP but have (rather stupidly) decided to really challenge myself on getting fit by doing a 100k challenge in October.

The challenge is to either walk, run, ride, row or swim 100k over the month. I don't include the "normal" commute into or around work as part of this.

So far I've done the following:

Thursday 3rd October - 10k bike, 1k cross trainer, 1k row
Friday 4th October - 3k cross trainer
Sunday 6th October- 3k walk through woods, 3k treadmill, 1k cross trainer
Monday 7th October - 10k bike, 1k cross trainer and swim
Tuesday 8th October - 10k across bike, rower, swim, treadmill and cross trainer

43k so far - with quite a lot of the month to go - however I do realise at the same time that at over 20st I should calm down a little so I don't injure myself ! A good side effect is that I've lost just over 7lb in a week.
