I realized today that the only way I can even start to lose weight by eating better and working out is by creating a plan.
That means I MUST plan my meals for the week or else I will eat just about anything in sight... good or bad. I need to have a workout plan in place along with adding it to my daily schedule... without a plan in place I am all over the place. My goal today will be to create a plan... write everything down, set reminder and try very very hard to stick with it if I want to see a change.

This sounds great. I think the hardest part of losing weight is staying motivated. A plan helps me to do just that.0

I have to do the same (even with exercise) or it wont get done.
Typically, I plan out my meals a day or two in advance, making sure my calories, carbs, etc all fall within my goal ranges.
It really does help to stay on track.0 -
yes, I'm the same way, I get off track if I don't plan every meal ahead of time, otherwise its so easy to make bad food choices.0
