Alright collective hive brain peeps, let's talk lunch. I need things that are tasty, preferably without bread, does not need to be re-heated, preferably not full of chemicals, that is not salad...GO!

So no bread....do you like soups? I love this soup and you can eat a lot of it for few calories. You can make it ahead of time and get 3-4 servings out of it.

1 can of great northern beans rinsed
    1/2 bag frozen spinach
    1 medium diced onion
    2 medium diced carrots
    1/2 tbs olive oil
    1 container chicken broth
1 TBS dried rosemary or 2 TBS chopped fresh rosemary
    3 cloves of garlic crushed
    Juice from 1/2 lemon
    Salt and pepper to taste
Optional if you are grain free omit: 1/3 cup wild rice

Saute the onions and carrots in the olive oil until onions are starting to turn translucent. Add rosemary and saute a few seconds more. Then add chicken broth, beans and spinach. Season with salt and pepper and add rice if using. Once that has simmered on low for about 40 mins add the garlic and cook until rice is tender (about 15 mins more)

You can also add cubed low fat ham if you are looking for some additional protein and calories.

Could always cook up some chicken breast the night before and bring that to work
