    Unfortunately I am out today. Yesterday Oct. 11 even though I stayed within my calorie goal and recorded everything I did not do at least 20 minutes of exercise for I am have been going non stop with intense workouts that I needed a lil break.

    However I have had a scale goal by losing 1.6 pounds and a non victory goal of being able to run 3 miles for the first time in years and my clothes fitting looser. I also didn't feel like crap from missing on workout. Before if I missed a workout I felt miserable. Now I feel comfortable and realize I can miss one day and not beat myself over it. This challenge really kicked started me. Thank you for letting me join and PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN THE NEXT CHALLENGE STARTS! Good luck to the rest of you!

    I also cleaned out a garage today. It took us four hours, and I'm pooped. I'm counting it as my exercise!.

    Once every couple of weeks I exercise a lot (for me) and eat back all of my exercise calories. My body reacts well to this.
