Hi, I am feeling discouraged that the weight isn't coming off. I didn't go over the calorie count and cut way back on junk food. This happens every time I change my eating habits. Lose a few and that's it. It's weird that I can gain 3 lbs in a day or two, but takes a month to lose anything. I need to change it up this week and see if that works. Anyone experience this? I do take a thyroid med, but I would think that would normalize the levels and I should lose like I use to. I am on a 1200 calorie diet and just had my last back injection and ready to start exercising which I have not done in years. Thanks

10/11: 180 succeeded (cut out a considerable amount of junk food) start exercising and quit being lazy

Kittylu...slow and steady wins the race. Don't give up!!! You are already 6 lbs lighter than when you started according to your banner. Pick up 6 lbs of butter next time you are at the store and that's a lot!! I'm sure starting to exercise will help too!! Good luck!0
