    Tuesday 10/15 - RI30 L1- completed 182 calories burned
    Wednesday 10/16 - 30 DS L3 & L2 - completed 317 burned
    Thursday 10/17 - RI30 L2 - completed 173 calories burned
    Friday 10/18 - Rest - can not wait! May have a nice walk or jog.
