    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep, down to the sweet & low in tonites coffee w/half a Hostess cupcake

    feeling good today--- rode my bike 6 miles to work- then my tire went flat during work, so i lost my exercise for my ride home, so I did- 25 squats, 100 wall push-ups and 1000 stair stepper steps
