I was happy to maintain this week! I flucated by a few ounces here and there but stayed at the same lb. With all the family stuff, football game, and eating out....I consider it a success!
Assessment with the trainer tomorrow though! My jeans seem to be fitting a little loose so maybe the results will be in the measurements!
I'm excited that it's Monday and I can get back into my somewhat routine!0 -

Gained this week, but I'm not surprised. I gave in to emotional and convenience eating, didn't get to the gym as much as I'd have liked to (I'm not able to drive myself until I get my camera card in the mail so I can renew my license, so relying on my boyfriend for transportation). Trying not to make a big deal out of this, sometimes I am hard on myself when I mess up...0 -

Well I didn't track as much as I should have this week, but I did do quite a bit of yoga, and since I didn't have chemo last week I think I was more active in general.

Lost 2lbs this week. I thought I was tracking better than I was and I exercised twice in one day and then exercised the next day, but chose a day off yesterday. didnt expect to lose this week, so will take the 2.
BUT biggest change has been back to having no alcohol during the week (sun-thurs), no picking before tea, eating more at lunchtime and smaller portions for tea. Oh and saying no to a few things - like ice-cream & popcorn at the cinema!!
Hope to keep going next week.0
