Hello runner friends,
I am currently training for a Half Marathon and I wanted to know what do you guys have your Macros set to here on MFP when you guys are in training mode?

I'm at 50/25/25 Although honestly I'm usually around 30% in fat, and it almost always comes out of my protein.0

45 carbs/25 protein/30 fats
In reality my intake probably works out to be closer to 50/20/30 though.0 -
15c/55f/30p works just fine for me. I never hit the wall energy-wise because I don't rely on glycogen stores. But that's just me--gotta find what works best for you!0

60/20/20 - I am usually a bit over on fat and protein. I don't sweat it too much.0

During my half training I was stayed at 45 carbs, 30 protein, 25 fat for the majority. In the last 3 weeks I went up 50/25/25, 55/25/20 and finally the last few days before my race I went 60/20/20. Now I am back to 45/30/25 because it is what works for me.0
