shifting endurance

I just completed a Walk Away the Pounds video- Three Miles with Weighted Balls. Yesterday I was barely able to do two miles. I love these videos because there are two or three videos on each dvd and I can choose one based on how I feel that day. Does anyone else have days they can barely do anything and then the next day you can "climb mountains"? I never know how I'm going to feel when I wake up. It's beyond annoying/ frustrating/ depressing.

I hear you! It can be so frustrating when you can't make plans because you don't know how mobile you will be each day. I always have to reply with "I need to wait and see'. Then if I do go out I get tired out so fast - then I am frustrated that I even went in the first place. If I do too much to try and build up any strength then I am down for days trying to recoup. I just wish there would be a happy middle place. But hang in there - each day we are able to move is much richer than the days we are not so mobile. I just try to do what I can on the days that I am able and rest on the days that aren't so good.

Gee and I thought I was the only one. I hate not being able to build up my stamina. One step forward two steps back Repeat. :frown:

Always! Some days I can take 2 steps forward and only 1 step back, others for every step forward I get dragged back 2! The constant roller coaster of endurance, stamina, abilities, etc. is frustrating.
