This challenge ends Wednesday November 28th (the week before American Thanksgiving...that's an accident) but YOU CAN JOIN AT ANY TIME! (Act now, but this offer WILL last, and thanks to MFP, it is only 10 easy payments of FREE!).

This challenge is fantastic, mainly because of the people who participate (we are a supportive bunch), but also it keeps getting tweaked by participants' suggestions to make it better.

It has been a long time since I have been this overwhelmed. I'm thinking it was actually almost two years ago. Also? I apparently spent a lot of time in medical facilities this last week!

    Didn't have a great week - lost focus a bit. Nutrition/weight loss consultant advised me to switch from running back to walking to favour weight loss. I had just gotten my running back to where I could run continuously without walking, after taking an entire year off of running, so I was disappointed and frankly, confused. I did one last long run this past weekend - 10k without walking and only stopping to take a few photos of the beautiful fall foliage (so I could cross off a couple more goals off my list!) and I'm going to stick to walking until I reach my goal weight...I trust my consultant, so I know it's the right thing to do, but I'm a little sad about it. Running makes me feel so amazing...oh well...it will feel even better when I'm 35lbs lighter.
