4. Plastic surgery
5. A divorce
6. Internet access EVERYWHERE
7. Big boobs

Can you ladies demo this for me please? I've tried them, but can't seem to do it without injuring myself.

An incline elliptical raised up to around 18 degrees works the glutes real good.

I have to use padding between the barbell and my hips to reduce bruising and swelling.

I get a better workout when I have my shoulders on a bench and I lift my toes in the air while thrusting. Holding the barbell in place at the crease keeps injury to a minimum. Most women should be able to use more weight than they squat.

Barbell pad. Duh! I really need one for squats anyway. I'm going to stop at Sports Authority on the way home. Thanks! :flowerforyou:

No problem! When you do it, make sure the opening to it is up or it will pinch and leave a bigger bruise.

Quite honestly, I thought I'd die young. A drive by or something violent.

Things I never thought I would have:
    1 - The original Metroplex AND a 2 foot tall re-issue 30th anniversary Metroplex.
2 - Three daughters. Because I thought the odds were that I'd have at least one son.
    3 - Hypertension
4 - About 9 inches.... I thought I'd be taller. I was a pretty tall child. (what'd you think I was talking about?).
5 - Moobs. JK. These aren't moobs. These are pecs that are frowning.
6 - I thought I'd have a beard. Damn genetics. My facial hair grows in all wirey and thin.
