150 squats done this morning..feeling the burn now..Still doing them in intervals but each day the # in each interval increasing..
Squat on!

    done, but took me longer to get there! the rest day helped

    done. I found that for me I feel more of a burn when I pulse the squats and feels much better on my knees. some days I alternate between full squats and pulsing. so far i'm liking the challenge
