Not Working Hard Enough?

Hi. I've only been doing this for a couple of weeks or so. Maybe I'm just not doing heavy enough weights yet. It just seems like my muscles should be more tired after I do a workout. After I'm done doing the lifts I can still do workouts for my biceps, triceps, and abdomen almost as if I hadn't even done the lifts. Seems like the lifts aren't working those areas much. I know my form isn't perfect yet, but I don't think it's that bad.

If your form is bad, you won't get the benefits from the lift. I learned this lesson today from my workout.

Give it some time. :) If you're doing the program right you're starting with light weights and working up. Once you progress to heavy weights you'll feel more fatigued. For now just focus on your form and getting stronger, and don't worry so much about how you "feel".

Also, if you're worried about your form, there's a sticky thread towards the top of this forum where you can post videos and myself and others would be more than happy to help you out :)

Thank you, but I don't have anyone to take a video of me.

I guess I will just concentrate on my form, and not worry about it for now.

Don't worry things will change. It seems light now but the weight increases quickly.
