Moving Things Around

Wondering how you ladies keep from getting tired out just from moving things around like benches and barbells and weights. All of this has to be done before even starting a lift.

Doesn't really bother me... it is part of the workout.0

Well, I do wish therr was a lighter-weight bench at my gym. Always afraid I'm going to hurt my back moving it.0

Look at it as a workout within a workout. It's all part of it.
I work out from home, and if I can't rack it or move it, put it on the bar or take it off, then it's not getting lifted. But even that part of it, makes me stronger. It's part of training, really.0 -
I just wish my bench was lighter. It's heavy and a pain to move around, especially since it goes on and off a thick mat when I take it in and out of my cage. Moving the barbells and weights are just part of it and don't bother me at all, although I did injure my wrist moving the barbell from one position to another but that was my fault because I left the weights on.0
