God knows what is wrong me lately a) I feel constantly sick and lack energy b) I can't be bothered to work out and c) I'm eating like a pig!! New week fingers crossed it gets better

I've been a little piggie myself and have gained back some weight this last week. But I'm enjoying having a gym with weights! It doesn't have a squat rack, which is an issue, and I just found a new gym that opened a few weeks ago that is charging less per month so once this month is over I might do a trial week at the new gym. I haven't been to see it but they have a squat rack in the pics on their website.

Not trying to but in your business, but didn't you say that you and your SO where going to start trying for a baby? When I got pregnant with my daughter I went from sleeping 6-7 hours a day to 12 hours a night and wanting a nap at lunch time at work! I also ate everything with cheese, which didn't help the 50 pounds I put on while pregnant with her.
So just a thought, if ya'll have been trying, you might wanna take a test soon.. :laugh:0 -
