Need ideas for Christmas Lunch

Trying to think what I can make for a luncheon for my 2 sisters and I for our Christmas get together. I want it to be festive and special since I love to cook. any ideas?

    I cook all the tradition foods of our family still but make healthy substitutes where I can, such at light butter, light sour cream, green bean casserole without the cream soups.

    How about a brunch buffet type thing? A nice egg casserole, quiche and maybe some waffles with fruit? Pull out all the fancies and a buffet can still be very elegant! I think I have a casserole recipe and I know I have a great brocolli quiche one that I'd be happy to share with you.
