    I'm 1500 miles up the coast.... but how's the juice fast going?

    I am in So Cal. Today is my last day of the 15 day reboot. Feeling good and down about 11 pounds. Seems like I was just getting the hang of it too. Oh well now to start slowly back into food again. I intend to reboot again, possibly in about 3 months

    I'm on day 11 out of my 100 I'm going to do this cycle.
    Tell me how transforming food back in your diet has been :)
