Couples CrossFit, not your normal team WOD

Thought you might be interested in this. Our box is starting a new "Couples" class that focuses more on teamwork and communication between the couple rather than pounding out a million reps for time...

    This sounds awesome! My husband and I only occasionally wod together (he's a 3rd shifter, so our schedules don't mesh very well), but we've never done a partner wod together :cry:

    I am liking this idea. But, then, my wife is more fit than I am, so it is easy for me to say. I'd be the weak member of the team.

    I do team wods fairly often with my husband or another good friend of mine. It adds a whole new dynamic to the workout and is a lot of fun!

    I would not work well with my husband. I like the fact that I have crossfit and he has his own activities.

    Same. Although my husband workouts, he doesn't do CrossFit. I like that we each have our own place to workout.
