So I took my rest day yesterday...after working a 12hr shift on my feet I was exhausted...Completed 190 squats tonight,,0

still a couple days behind on the challenge. I did 180squats yesterday. This was after taking spin and a half hour of kickboxing class. My legs felt like jello0
