JaGreene: I am also having issues with my sciatic nerve. This really stinks. My doctor told me last Wednesday to take it easy until this Monday.. When I saw her on Monday she asked me how my rest went.. ooop.... I had completely forgot to rest... Trying to take it a little slower/easier, but not being very successful at that.. lol... hopefully you feel better soon.
All: This is going to be the hardest weekend for me since I began this challenge. I will pretty much be eating every meal out at restaurants starting tomorrow, through Sunday (going to the beach tomorrow, spending the night at my SILs, and then driving up to Tallahassee to see my niece for the weekend). Wish me luck.. ugh.. I keep reminding myself this is not a treat weekend.0 -
