Hey all - does anyone have a program they follow for body weight exercise (squats, push-ups, etc). I'm looking for an allover body program I can do 2x/week, that's specifically for prenatal. Thanks

I'm looking for this too!
I found the following circuit the other day. It's not completely body weight, but it's something.

I was doing the Mark Lauren program before finding out I was pregnant and loved it. I'd love something similar.0 -

ETA: If I stick with that, I WON'T be doing it 7x/week though :happy:0 -
That's a great workout! Just reading it made me tired though. lol
Here's hoping first trimester fatigue goes away soon. :drinker:0 -
There are some great dvds on amazon you can look up and fit pregnancy mags web site is awesome resource you can even you tube a lot of work outs too. I found some from andrea orbeck on there. Her dvd pregnancy sculpt is an awesome dvd and it's a little intense. the on ground booty circuit i still can't get through. It dose require some light hand weights but that's not a big deal you could do it with out just a mat and chair0

I LOVE Pop Sugar Fitness on Youtube for their prenatal workouts, the yoga one is the only full body weight one but the others are great too!0
