Day 1!

Whos excited for this kickstart restart!!!??? I know i am! Please post your daily goals for today (sunday october 27) here!

Meal Plan:

Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Spinach salad with fat free cottage cheese and a pear
Snacks: apple, string cheese, light yogurt, fresh cut veggies (wont eat all but these are my options)
Dinner: steamed veggies with a chicken breast

Workout Plan:

45 minutes on the Arc trainer
2 mile light jog

God Luck and drink loads of water!!!!!!!

    My plans for today include

    - staying within my calories
    - 30 minutes of exercise.
    - Drinking a ton of water. (I haven't been great at this lately)

    1. I'll stay within calories
    2. Do 60 minutes do cardio after church
    3. Drink at least 12 cups of water

    My plans won't change much daily.

    Day off, like today, just swim about 40 mins, but I log less, because I rest
    Breakfast: Grapefruit, 2 packs of Plain Instant Oatmeal with an apple sliced on it
    Lunch, almost always salad, maybe today, a Veggie, Black Bean Pita
    Dinner, that's the hard part.... changes daily

    And work days, I usually Stairclimb for 25 mins before work. And swim after work.

    Late bus for Day 1 - 27/10/2013, I stayed under my target cals & Jillian Michael's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism kicked my butt majorly

    Hi All, I'm back after being sick last week and didn't eat properly or exercise other than my usual walking to/from the office. So this week will be my week 2 (instead of week 3) of the Jillian Michael's 30Day slim down exercise plan.
    Have lost 2lbs despite the above so I'm very happy!
