Thank you for this challenge! It really helped me stay accountable this weekend and not declare it a treat weekend. I went to the beach on Friday and then to Tallahassee to visit my niece Saturday/Sunday. I have eaten out every meal since Friday, until lunch today. It was a challenge, but I am proud to say that I stayed under my goals each day. I did exercise a lot and ate back most of my exercise calories. Looking forward to the challenge next month too.. planning on taking December off, then will join again in January.0 -
