    Thank you for this challenge! It really helped me stay accountable this weekend and not declare it a treat weekend. I went to the beach on Friday and then to Tallahassee to visit my niece Saturday/Sunday. I have eaten out every meal since Friday, until lunch today. It was a challenge, but I am proud to say that I stayed under my goals each day. I did exercise a lot and ate back most of my exercise calories. Looking forward to the challenge next month too.. planning on taking December off, then will join again in January.

    Sciatica STILL extremely painful....PT thinks it's a pinched nerve. I did ONLY 20 minutes of stretching today. Hopefully this will help a little. Zumba in the morning!! WOOHOO!! :bigsmile:
