Hi All
I know this is week 2 for most, it's actually week 1 for me. I hope you're all staying on track. I fell off the wagon a bit last night, but am happy to say I still lost. Trying to stay motivated!

Here are my updates. I am trying to stay on the wagon but seem to always fall off on the weekends.
Start weight 178
Current Weight 169
Goal for Christmas 165
Final goal 1550 -
I have stayed at the same weight since last week. I don't know why the weekends always kill a diet, or even just good eating but I am happy to say i am very good with only have small portions now. I am glad I haven't gained, like i thought i would.
Starting weight: 142
Current weight: 132
FINAL WEIGHT: 120-1150 -
Wow, I want to be 199 by Christmas Eve gotta get MOVIN'!!!! 12 Pounds to get off!!!

Wow great results everyone!
Back from holiday. Uh oh! Fell off the wagon. Start again tomorrow. So hard to eat healthy while travelling - lesson - need to be better prepared next time. I need my behind kicked. Was doing so well before my holiday.
So back on the wagon tomorrow (Thurs), and will resume weigh-ins from Tues Week 3.
