New friends/motivators?

Hola!

I've been slacking lately (using a busy work/school) life as an excuse. Looking for motivators -- I discovered that by not having 'friends' on here, I don't become obsessed with logging, and when I don't log, I get lazy. I do crossfit at home and love it - just need to make it a habit again.

So who wants to motivate me? I refuse to gain the winter layers this year since I worked all year to lose them!

In for motivating! I do my best to make it to 4 or 5 WODs a week and do the heavy lift for the day after the WOD. I too have a very busy life (two jobs - one FT one PT and school as well). I make it a point to find time though :)

    feel free to add me!

I got yelled at for saying this before, so I will try to be nicer this time.

If you come here or anywhere looking for someone to motivate you, you are setting yourself up to fail. Your motivation needs to originate internally. We can build on it and help maintain it (as we all do for each other) but we can't make you do something if you don't to do it.

If you can afford it, I'd strongly advise joining a CF affiliate. The workout you get in a group is far, far superior to what you get on your own.

Good luck with your programming and diet!
  • So - I meant motivation for food logging. I am busy (fulltime law student and I work full time) - but I do work out 5-6 days a week. I used to belong to a box, but couldn't afford it any longer.

Ha, I used to be pretty good. I do not obsess over my logging or calories, but logging helped me manage my macros better than I could do on my own.
