I finally burned over 1000 calories today!! :drinker: I always wondered how long it would take me on the treadmill to hit that number (I sound like the old commercial-How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?)....Well, it too me 166 minutes/2 hours - 46 minutes. OMG!! I don't think I will be doing that again anytime soon!! PHEW!!!
