How's everyone doing 3 days in???

I am doing well so far, but accidently ate over yesterday. I forgot to add something to my log during the day. It was only 200 over... but still.

FEELING GOOD over here!!!

    I ate over yesterday, but it wasn't really an accident. I think I'm more on track, albeit ( funny word, albeit.... ) in a roundabout sort of way.

    Stairclimb before work
    Grapefruit, oatmeal and apple for breakfast
    Oatmeal and apple for lunch
    Vega One Nutritional shake for snack
    Swim after work

    And most likely, a giant salad with nuts and black beans on it for supper.
  • took today off sadly. Boyfriend surprised me all day with treats and my favorites because he knew i have been stressed about classes and i finally got an A on my bio exams so we celebrated. But thats ok, part of living a healthy lifestyle is having some off days and not feeling bad or beating yourself up about it. Its life. Im very excited for tomorrow, will be getting up early and running 4 miles and then doing some lifting Eating is planned and i WILL follow it! :)

    Breakfast: choco peanut butter banana protein shake
    Lunch: Spinach salad with fat free cottage cheese
    Snacks: Apple, celery, carrots, fat free greek yogurt
    Dinner: Chicken breast and steamed veggies

    Loads of water of course!!!

    Couldn't edit the last post... the salad thing got derailed. It wasn't an ETL meal... but I think I was still under budget. :laugh:
