Has anyone found them? Or a good recipe for them?

I used to make a ravioli stuffed with turkey and cranberry with them, and I really would love to find a gluten free way to make these again!

Rice paper! I will not give up my ravioli and so I had to find something for this too. I personally haven't tried it, but this is the recipe that I found that I plan on using:

I like that you can use any filling you want. So your turkey and cranberry should be great. Is this a popular item to make with Thanksgiving leftovers in your house?

I used the Pillsbury Gluten Free dough to make some crab ragoon. It was pretty good.

I have not thought about the rice paper for them... hmmm

I tried the Pilsbury pizza dough, and it was ok.... is it the same thing?

How about spring roll wrappers, which are made of rice flour and come in packages of dry wrappers that you soak? You might have to adapt the way they're cooked.
