you're not kidding - I think that was the end result of something like 450+ rides...

there was one more - somewhere down in Austria which was a accidental post of a converted Tacx Indoor trainer ride... Normally I didn't post them to Strava with a Route enabled, because people got awful arsey at me for riding up the Galibier or the Mortirolo when it was the middle of december and under 15feet of snow

not to mention the one time when I wanted a easy recovery ride, but also needed some inspiring scenery, so did the Alpe d'Huez at 40% intensity and lied about my body weight... went up there faster than Pantani when he was juiced to the moon  At least I didn't actually upload that one

Thats a great, fun tool. I read an article a couple of days ago that Strava were discontinuing the v1/v2 APIs and releasing a v3 only to companies they could make money from (that last bit could be my spin on it, though I know the list is very limited). I'm surprised and happy that this still works!

Looks like I've managed to break the home elastic more than some...

I love all those exotic sounding places (to me at least) and then Aberdeen squeezed in the bottom.

Its a real shame, but it appears that Strava have broken this facility when they've moved to their V3 API.

The guy's managed to wangle a Beta licence and is currently re-coding according to the website...

It was an external website that used the old Strava API to produce the heatmaps... Now, of course, Strava have brought it "in house" so to speak...
