Hi, Im Jen, team UK!! I live in Scotland and am totally prepared to work my *kitten* off this week! I run daily but I am gonna be doing some HIIT on top of that to up my calorie burn.

Desperately hope Im not gonna be letting the side down!! I work in an Army Centre and my boss is big on fitness so I get an hour to exercise every lunch time and my little boy goes to bed early at night so I can do my HIIT.

  • Hi, I am looking forward to next week's challenge. I was born and raised in Singapore but I have lived in the UK longer than I've been living in Singapore and having a UK passport, I guess I can officially choose to represent TEAM GB

My normal workouts are usually 3 days of resistance training, 3 days of MAX insanity and a couple of runs thrown in

I will increased my calories burn for next week by doing double workouts per day and it should get me a good burn.

We need everyone of us to work together and NO ONE should consider a REST DAY because this is a challenge to prove to yourself that you can physically and mentally pushed yourself to the MAX and you will be thankful to know that you are actually stronger than you think, you are.

    Bring it!:smokin:

  • Morning Team..

Is this the lull before the storm, sadly not for me, I have spin, then boot camp, then double squash at tonight so it's a shame I cannot count this day but my food diary is open to all friends and I'll be piling in the protein shakes all week to keep me going..

I've several squash matches, some tennis matches, a badminton night, a racquet ball session, 3 runs, as many weight training sessions as i can fit in, some Shaun T, a full time job ( i do work from home which is great) and my 7 year old boy to all balance this week coming, should be interesting.

As I do multiple sport events in a aday, I tend to upload my stats about 9pm most evenings.

You can find me on endomondo here , http://www.endomondo.com/profile/2181452

I always upload my Garmin forerunner logs to there with HR monitor data and then transfer that Kcal amount onto MFP to make sure it's as accurate as possible. I take part in the Rotten Egg leagues on there also every month, a 4 division sweat fest of 60 people trying to burn more than each other.. Glad to say the last two months I have come top of division 1 but last month I was top by only 19 kCals so they are after me this month..

I do enjoy the whole social networking thing, so you can find me on Facebook here : http://www.facebook.com/woosie

I did create a closed group on FB for UK team also, http://www.facebook.com/groups/171637483043958/

We can discuss tactics on there away from prying eyes so join if you like...

Looking forward to losing 4 lbs I hope this week coming.. Will weigh in 1st thing Monday..

    Good luck all.

Hi All, I'm Sam and I live in Staffordshire.

I'm addicted to Zumba and Body Combat and am well up for this challenge again. I burned an average of just over 1k calories per day last time and will try for more this time.

I'll be logging mid to late evenings and trying to keep on top of cheerleading but if I manage to miss you out it's not on purpose.

We've got a great team again and we so need to kick the yanks arses!!!!

I drew up my plan for the week....

    Monday - boot camp at 7AM, Spin-Class at 7PM 9PM sleep

Tuesday - boot camp at 7AM, potentially bootcamp at 6:30PM - 8:30PM Sleep

Wednesday - boot camp at 7AM, Spin class at 7PM - 8:15 sleep

Thursday - boot camp at 7AM, Spin class at 6:15, 8PM sleep

Friday - boot camp at 7AM, drinking beer and eating steak at 6PM, 7:30PM sleep

Saturday - boot camp at 8AM, cycling around lunch time, wine at 4PM, 6:30PM sleep

    Sunday - 30+ miles on my single-speed. 5PM sleep.

Bootcamp is worth 650-700 each day, spin-class is usually around 550-650 and I am hoping that the two rides will be 1500-1800 each.
