Insanity/Running Hybrid - Anyone Else?

I am a runner just coming off an injury so I'm mixing Insanity with running. I found a great program online that sets a schedule I would have probably created myself if I hadn't already found this online.

Basically I run 3X a week, do Insanity 3X a week and do restorative yoga 1X per week.

Anyone else with a similar plan?

I missed running so much I couldn't just do Insanity and I like the variety.

    I did running in the evening and then Insanity at nights.

    I started another round of Insanity this morning and did jogging this afternoon. I am doing the couch to 5k program. So I will be running 3x a week and I am thinking about adding lifting 3x a week on non-running days. Sunday is completely off!
