I'm on day 8 and it's getting easier all the time. Still hard! I need to remember to drink more water because I keep getting headaches during it.

I made a conscious effort to notice my breathing and to follow her as she instructed us to breathe in and out. Interestingly, I actually felt more energized doing some of the exercises especially the bicycle crunches at the end. I feel really good about that0

:happy: I'm still here, and still hanging in. I changed my hand weights today to 5lb instead of the 3lb I started with..... :happy:0

Just finished day 6. Pars are still really hard (side lounges and the final bicycle crunches), but I do think I am getting stronger.0

Day 6 DONE! I hated it. This was by far the worst day. I also ate like crap today. So, I'm sure that's what it was. I did NOT want to do it, and wanted to quit 100xs. But. It's done. 24 days to go0
