    BTW Charlene, are we confident that THEIR figures are correct?? You know what they say ;"if there is a will, there is a "WAY"? Who am I to accuse anybody of cheating?

    Work harder for longer, find out where we get better burns from (for me it's running and cycling, swimming comes 3rd). But heck I'm going to do all three until Sunday evening.

    It is but a kink in the road I say ! and I know when I run my *kitten* back and forth from court today instead of taking the car, its just more fat crying on my body as I burn more calories and add to my tally!

    This makes me WORK HARDER, PUSH HARDER and as one of my personal fav Brits Winston Churchill said

    I have to work in front of a computer for 8 hours, so that makes it hard to get out and run.

    Might start logging my runs to the toilet and back.
