week 8 already!! weigh in day

well, it's week 8 already for weigh in - I was up and down this week with being good. Had tried to drop my goal calories 100 calories and went consistently over, and some days ate junk and went well over. I was down and thought I had just lost the drive - and then last evening started feeling lighter, even though I went over again (after eating several cookies mid-day and eating before bed last night even though I was over cals already!) and this morning, I was down!

CW - 232.2
Lost 3 lbs this week!!!

total lost in this challenge so far: 17lbs
Left to go to reach challenge weight: 8lbs

Come on guys - we can do it!! (even with cheating on your diet some days!)

    Nice loss, losingw8now! Keep up the great work!

    This past few weeks have been pretty good. Going on 4 weeks without alcohol so I am starting to (begrudingly) think that cutting back on the booze is helping my weight loss, overall. Not gonna say that I am going to quit drinking forever but this sober break that I am on is starting to get me to take a look at the food and drinks that I am taking in.
