Going backpacking today through Sunday...I assume this knocks out my "Brisk Walk" requirement. Unfortunately, no saturday bike ride for me. Maybe I can do a Sunday afternoon mountain bike ride. Anyone in?

    Wow Mark! Backpacking AND mountain biking in the same day! Steve and I will join you for a mountain bike ride another day!

    Mark have fun! I keep saying I am going to get out on my mountain bike but haven't yet. I will pass on your post to Mila as she, Randy and Parker have been mountain biking. Parker and Randy are doing this challenge. Let me know the time and place and I will let them know in case they don't see this post! Have fun backpacking!
