Shouldn't be terribly hard to go easy on the candy. In the past couple of times I've gone for the Halloween Party, I've noticed a distinct lack of high quality candies.

Did anyone else feel the same way?

My husband, daughter, and I have been to the World 4 times. In July 2004, we flew from NY and stayed at Disney's Caribbean when my daughter was 7 years old. We travelled by train (never again!) in February 2006 and stayed at the All Star Music. We drove down in December 2008, and arrived back at the All Star Music on Christmas Eve...best Christmas and New Year's Eve ever!!! It was the last Christmas that my daughter believed in Santa, which made it all the more special. In August 2011, we drove and stayed at Disney's Beach Club and then visited Universal to see Harry Potter. We originally planned to stay at Disney's Polynesian in August 2013, but since we need to save for my daughter's Sweet 16 extravaganza, we will go to Cape Cod instead and save Disney World for sometime in 2014.

I never wanted to go to Disney, but decided to take my daughter the first time just so she would have the experience. I had no idea that I would become so enchanted by the World. I have a friend (without kids) who goes several times during the year. If I had the money, I would do the same. Oh well.........

    Just joined.

Hello, I'm Amanda. I live in Florida just an hour or so away from WDW. I started visiting the World when I was about 2-years-old and been going nearly every year since. I'm currently an AP holder and have a trip scheduled over there this December. My favorite park is Epcot, through I miss the old-style 90s Epcot when Horizons and World of Motion were still there, Figment had Dreamfinder instead of Dr. Nigel Channing, the Living Seas had an actual storyline and Walter Cronkite and later Jeremy Irons narrated Spaceship Earth instead of Judy Dench. Favorite attraction overall is Haunted Mansion and Splash Mountain. I'd have to say my favorite sit-down restaurant is Narcoossee's and would probably place Flame Tree BBQ has my favorite counter service. I also enjoy Disney Cruise Line and have been on four cruises to date.

My name is Melissa. I live in Jacksonville (about 2.5 hours from Disney) I am an Annual Passholder and go 2-3 times a month. My favorite park will always be Magic Kingdom. I could just sit there and people/castle watch all day :) I was lucky enough to get a tour of Cinderella's Castle Suite last month (you can find photos on my instagram, user name: Disneymagicandmemories)
