Ready for tomorrow?

Today, Sunday, was a day of rest, but I am ready for tomorrow.

    Hi everybody! I got off schedule but trying to get back in the groove. I did Monday's workout this morning. Going to try to double up for a few day...morning and evening workout...to get on track. I'm feeling energized. Do you guys like the workouts?

    Hey there ....I fell behind due to illness so I am resuming tomorrow. I really enjoy the workouts as grueling as it can be sometimes but I just keep pushing. I'm hoping to do pure cardio & abs tmrw morning.

    Due to some scheduling errors, I got a little off track myself. Yesterday, I did the elliptical instead, and the day before that, my workout was cut in half (only 15 minutes done). But, today I did insanity. I did the elliptical while my husband was getting physical therapy. They were nice enough to let me go on it, even though I'm not a "patient" there. I was up for 24 hours that day (work midnights). So, back on track now.
