Week 3 stats! 11/14

I've been eating just under maintenance all week and haven't lost any more "fat", but I've still been shedding some of that depleted-fat-cells-filling water. Of course, as soon as I eat few calories over maintenance I "gain" all the glycogen-store related water (about 4 lbs), so my "real" weight is about 122lbs.

10/24: 55.9kg (123.2lbs)
10/31: 55kg (121.2lbs)
11/07: 54.25kg (119.6lbs)

11/14: 53.7kg (118.4lbs)

I'm hoping to maintain at this weight for the rest of my .. life? Lol. So far so good, but it's tricky!

    Hello!? Where is everyone! Its the day!!
    I still managed to lose 2lbs this week even with a night of drinking. Hmmm not complaining over here. I'm 174.0 right now. did anyone else lose fairly quickly at the beginning?? Anyways 2 weeks until thanksgiving!

    TOM is coming in a few days and I am still 2 pounds above my weight last week, its taking a bit to come off from last weekend's 7 pound water gain. Heres to hoping next week will equal out to what I was last weigh in..

    This week has been my slowest in terms of weight loss. I'm at 164.6... I was hoping to get out of the 160's by the end of November but I'm not sure that's going to happen.

    Hi everyone,

    I'm really happy because I lost 1.5 pounds this week which puts me below the 70 kg mark - Iwas really looking forward to that!

    Starting weight (on Aug 25): 77 kg - 170 pounds

    Starting weight on this challenge (Nov 7): 71 kg - 156.5 pounds

    Current weight (Nov 16): 69.4 kg - 153 pounds

    Goal weight by Christmas: 67 kg - 148 pounds

    So - getting closer!
