Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Options
Ingredients:

1 - 15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin
1 - 14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 " " ground nutmeg
1/2 " " ground ginger
chopped walnuts or pecans optional for topping)

Directions:

1- combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat until smooth
2- Place the filing in individual ramekins
3- Bake at 425 degrees fo 15 minutes
4- Reduce heat to 350 and bake until filing no longer jiggles and a
toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
5- top with a tablespoon of nuts (optional
6- refrigerate until ready to serve (you can serve with a dollop if fat free whip cream
