Welcome everyone! I want to thank you for joining my group and together with hard work and dedication I know each and everyone of us can succeed at making our short term goal! If not giving it 110% for 6 weeks will leave you feeling great knowing you tried your hardest. So this is the First official weigh-in. I will post a new thread every Monday morning around this time.     -Overall I am going for 135 by February 2014-

    I would like to include I am 5'6" with an hourglass
    figure. So i lose weight more in my waist before
    anywhere else. I was 185~ before beginning
    my weight loss journey late in 2011.

    Amount lost in challenge so far: 700g (1.6lbs?)

    Very happy with the numbers (as I have not even been here a full week yet) - but I know the first week or two is usually the easiest part to lose.
