BEYOND 5/3/1

Got my copy and I love the expansion of the theory! Already added in Joker sets and First Set Last and am really digging it! Wendler does it again!
Anyone else get a copy yet?

    nice man.

I haven't picked a copy up, but I've debated it

The last two ebooks I got were crap. CBL and the Cube Method. CBL was just a gimmicky diet to make Keifer some money. And the Cube, while a solid program, was poorly written.

One of my lifting buddies just bought the supple leopard. He tells me I should read it when he's done.

There's nothing really groundbreaking in Beyond, but rather it rounds out the theory better. So many different challenges or variations to keep people interested for years.
It is funny to see JW promote yoga and stationary bike type conditioning though. It's definitely worth the purchase IMHO.

I was curious about the Cube, was debating between that and Juggernaut 2.0. And then all of a sudden Beyond 5/3/1 came out and I knew what I needed to do.

I wasn't really impressed by the Juggernaut program. had a few friends do it, but it didn't appeal to me.

    5/3/1 is great.
Cube was pretty cool as well.

Definitely check out the supple leopard book.

Got a copy; will be absorbing and adjusting my workouts starting at the new year. I am starting the 3x3 wave, and love the 5/3/1 wave, which is why I'm holding off.

I love all the variations he lays out. Fun times ahead for many many cycles! I just started the SVR template this week
