1) I just realized I didn't post the charts last week. I am SO sorry! I am still under the weather and put it off....and then completely forgot. I will do this today.
2) This is our last check in! I need to mix things up for my own health, so I am not going to do another challenged this calendar year. If you want to head up this challenge, feel free to do so!

I started on MFP October 2012 at a whopping 250 pounds. I have lost 75 pounds in that time. I am thankful for all of the friends here and will continue to use this valuable tool. I am proud to say I have encouraged friends to take control of their lives using this to wonderful website.0 -

I joined this challenge in week #2 and on the day i weighed in, my weight was "up" from my last MFP weigh-in, around 207.5 as I recall - today I'm at 194.2, so that's a total of 13.3 lbs lost in 9 weeks, for an average of just under 1.5 lbs per week. thanks so much for all your work on this Elizabeth! Thank you so much for heading up this wonderful challenge! I didn't do very well, but this made me very aware of fruits and veggies! Also, the self-caring is a great one for us all to practice!
I am under 150, so I will take that--and push myself more.

Started my journey at 257 Aug. of 2012 I have lost 75 pounds. I joined the gym in Nov. 30th 2012. I am coming up on one year there:) I am proud of my accomplishments!!

I started MFP in January 2013 and am thankful for the wonderful people I have "met" on this site. The first challenge of the year helped me lose 20lbs and the most recent challenge has helped me maintain. My goal now is to maintain thru the holidays and rev it up in January to lose those infamous "last 10 pounds". Since joining MFP at the end of September so that Elizabeth_in_MN would let me participate in this challenge for real, I've lost 6 pounds. MFP and this challenge have been a great way for me to work through a weight plateau. I look forward to joining this challenge again in 2014!0 -
Although we still have a bit of time, all those who have been active for the last few weeks have posted. I will check out tomorrow and see if anyone has posted (and will update if so), but I figured while I was logged in to MFP, Photobucket, and on my physical computer (rather than my iPad), and have browsers and excel open…I figured I would take a gamble (not that I would win $300 like Karen though!) and here it is:

I have done TERRIBLE throughout this challenge. Only myself to blame, letting life stressors get in the way of my health. If you do another one of these, definitely count me in!0
