Bit of a rocky week this week, so my appetite went out the window for a couple of days.

Start weight: 142lb
Last week: 132lb
This week: 130lb

    Man with the holidays and all the yummy pie I am actually surprised I have lost. Portion control is what I am doing a small slice of pumpkin pie isn't going to completely through me off the wagon! Good luck everyone!!
  • We are still tracking along similar HRBabe. From memory I think you were a similar height to me? I'm 5'3" anyways. Well done on portion control. We have cake Friday at work, and I'm doing so well - I used to eat pretty much until I felt sick from the sugar high - now I keep to one thing, or a couple of small things.

    This week at work I've broken out a couple of designer dresses. Everyone was pretty gobsmacked, because I'm a very casual jeans kinda girl. Glad I can fit those dresses now.
