                    Welcome everyone! I want to thank you for joining my group and together with hard work and dedication I know each and everyone of us can succeed at making our short term goal! If not giving it 110% for 6 weeks will leave you feeling great knowing you tried your hardest. So this is the First official weigh-in. I will post a new thread every Monday morning around this time.
