What´s on the menu next week

I´ve been more than a bit lapse with my menu planning this week but I intend to make amends next one and was wondering how many dishes do you think you´ll be cooking from the HD books and if so what will they be ?

I´ll have a little think and get back here. Salmon and ginger whatever is certainly going to be one of them.

    Hi!

    Ginger salmon at some point for me too...

    Also, beef stroganoff, chicken tikka masala, either jerk or sticky chicken...

    I'm relly enjoying working my way through all the recipes and picking my winners :)

    Me too. I haven´t tried any of those yet.

    I have made the "big soup" and both hubby and I really liked it. Can´t get Kale here though so I do it with Savoy Cabbage.
    I´ll be cooking that over the weekend but I might just try it without the hot paprika and put in a smoked one instead.

    what to do what to do ??

    Well I still haven´t planned a menu but I´ve made :

    Big soup (half hot paprika and half normal )

    Salmon with ginger chilli sauce

    Lamb tagine.

    All really good and certainly will be cooked again.

    Anyone cooked any of these ? if so what did you think ?

    I'm having Beef Goulash tonight!

    Since I'm on my own, I tend to make the recipes and freeze some of them.

    I'm the same, I've made most of the currys, beef in red wine, paprika chicken, beef stroganoff, bolognese and chilli and frozen all of them in portions, another reason I love their recipes, they are easily adaptable for single servings :)
