I have lost 8 lbs. since 10/29/2013 with 30 miles of walking.
Will commit to 3X30 minutes of beginner level weightlifting per week, also 40 miles of walking for the month of December.
Have a calorie goal of about 1930 cals per day to lose 2 lbs. per week.
Any ideas of what my carb/protein/fat ratios should be, I would appreciate it.
